Suggested Snack List
The following is a list of healthy snack ideas:
· Vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli) and dip (ranch or humus)
· Snap pea crisps
· String cheese and crackers
· Yogurt
· Fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, raisins)
· Applesauce
· Rice cakes
· Goldfish crackers
· Wheat thins
· Nutri-grain or granola bars
· Pretzels
*Snacks are not limited to the above list. Please be creative but stay healthy!
